This Money-Back Policy applies to prepaid Motion Hub service packages listed with informational pricing when a formal purchase agreement exists between authorized parties.
2. Eligibility Window
Clients may request refunds within fourteen calendar days of payment provided no confidential workshop materials have been distributed and no onsite visits occurred.
3. Full Refunds
Full refunds apply when Motion Hub cannot commence discovery within agreed timelines due to internal capacity constraints.
4. Partial Refunds
If partial delivery occurs — for example facilitator decks delivered before cancellation — refunds deduct documented production hours at contracted hourly figures.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party fabrication deposits, rush courier charges, or retailer-imposed penalty fees remain non-refundable once invoiced by vendors.
6. Process
Email ops@motion-hub.digital with invoice references; our billing desk confirms eligibility within five Korean business days.
7. Processing Timeline & Methods
Approved refunds return via original payment rails within fourteen Korean business days unless banking regulations require alternate rails.
8. Cancellation outside Window
After the eligibility window, cancellations follow kill-fee clauses embedded inside active statements of work.
9. Consumer Rights
Consumers retain protections granted under Republic of Korea consumer statutes including dispute mediation pathways offered through Korea Consumer Agency guidance.
